When my food arrived, this is what was presented, Hatfield signature beef special blend, roasted mushrooms, onion straws, Wisconsin white cheddar, watercress and steak sauce on a brioche bun. A side note they make their own ketchup and mustard. I decided on the Steakhouse Burger and since the menu is a la carte, I had to order fries separately. When I stated to my waitress, Alyssa, that this was a first-time visit, she immediately made me feel welcome as she explained the menu, and her top picks. Dining in the late afternoon provided low traffic and the ability to enjoy my meal without feeling rushed. Although we love wine, we are not as familiar with French selections, yet he directed us to an extraordinary bottle, in fact we ended up having a second. He really went above and beyond to make our dinner outstanding. First of all, our server, Angus was one of the absolute best host we have ever had. Our group of four had the perfect evening, and plan to make a habit of dining here. After hearing so many wonderful things about the restaurant, I finally had the opportunity to visit myself and now full understand why it one of the city's best.
